Founder and Managing Director Tom Smith had a very clear goal in mind when he set up the business: To help people to achieve their dreams in business and in life (also called goals). Our clients are mainly in the South of England and London, but also in France, South Africa, New Zealand, Australia and Dubai. We specialise in start-up's, fast-growing entrepreneurial businesses and small consulting companies. Tom is Non-Executive Director for several of our larger clients and we provide what we call the ‘financial infrastructure' for these businesses (e. g. quarterly board meetings, a finance department, business advisory and strategic review, monthly management accounts etc. ).
