Article Consulting Ltd is led by Cedi Frederick. Cedi has over 30 years' experience as a Chief Executive of a number of large and complex housing and social care organisations. As Chief Executive of Adepta, an organisation that supported adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health problems, Cedi led the growth of the organisation from an annual turnover of £2m pa to £27m pa over 12 years. As Chief Executive of Avante Partnership, Cedi led 2000 staff that supported over 3000 in people a year in residential care homes and in the community and was responsible for an annual income in excess of £31m per annum and delivered 28% growth over a 5 year period. Cedi has a national reputation for identifying and developing talent through a coaching style of leadership and management that allows people to maximise their potential. Former staff of Cedi's have left his organisations to become CEOs in their own right, Directors of national organisations, partners in multi-national businesses and successful owners of their own businesses. Now Cedi is using his experience as a CEO as well as a former England international basketball player and coach to help others to lead organisations, business units and teams by support the leaders of today, and tomorrow to achieve their strategic and business objectives as well as their individual goals.
