We have just launched the Artisan property Partnership, which looks at any property related opportunity, mainly development and investment projects. Why the Artisan? well we began meeting every week in the Cafe at the Artisan building 28 Bath Road. The Artisan Building has been a very successful development sold to a equally successful Property Management Company who have successfully let the building to the Arts College 'so a real win win'. We intend to evolve this coffee shop approach to development and investment opportunities by inviting anyone with a property related deal to come and discuss it with our team. with a view to us assisting, purchasing, JV'ing or simply giving an opinion.
