We went to Aruba on Sunday for my boyfriends birthday meal - I ordered the paella and I have got to say it was amazing, it was a really generous portion with loads of chunky prawns! The cocktails were great to! Will be going back soon!

We had a cocktail master class for my friends birthday and it was fab! We had a lovely guy called Brandon and he was such a good host, funny, lovely and mad the night even better! So thank you to him for making us all laugh! ����

My husband and I came 3 years ago and yesterday we were in Bournemouth with our three children, the weather was awful and we hadn’t booked anywhere to eat. Being Valentines Evening we thought everywhere would have been Pre booked and at 3pm we were in the arcade below after getting wet through during the day. My husband came and spoke to a manager who was more than accommodating and said they were fully booked by 6 but could get us in at 5. Food was AMAZING kids ate everything! My eldest had her first mocktail and felt very grown up and we were delighted with the service, food, sitting right next to window with a great view of big waves!! Thank you so much for making it a truly memorable evening for us all, we will definitely be coming back here on our next visit

Lovely place, gorgeous food, great location, great service. Pity it was evening and winter. On the bucket list to go back in the daylight and summer to enjoy the lovely view of the beautiful coast. �

Had a 3 night stay in Bournemouth during my Birthday week with my partner and came across Aruba and decided to sample breakfast there. Can honestly say the eggs benedict was excellent, on par with the best Ive had. The location id terrific with great views, wonderful to sit out on a hot day. Staff are attentive and friendly, in particular a shout out goes to Michael who was an absolute delight!! You made our visits a pleasureable experience! Thankyou!

Felt an instant welcome from friendly polite doormen to the bar staff who were very helpful in helping my friends and I choose a cocktail!

Good atmosphere, great music, a spacious area to mingle around the bar and dance. Plenty of seats, decor very clean and toilets too!

Favourite place to eat �� go to Bournemouth quite a bit on holiday, we always make sure to get at least one meal at Aruba. We also love the cocktails too, amazing food, drinks, views and occasionally weather �� such a chilled lovely atmosphere ��

Came in for lunch today with my family after a trip to the Oceanarium for my youngest sons 1st birthday. Our waiter Brett was absolutely fantastic and we really hope he gets the praise he deserves. He took time to chat with both children, but especially our 3yr old son.... always remembering to use his name & even surprised him with a balloon. We were very impressed with the food and drinks, the speed was good which was very helpful as we had a 1yr old & a 3yr old and it was great quality too. Our 1yr old has alot of dietary restrictions but Brett checked the items for us to make sure he could eat them and nothing was any trouble. He was the perfect host so a big thank you!!! He helped us to have the perfect family celebratory lunch & as we very rarely ever get time to spend time together, this was a great day.

Been here today, had a fantastic bar man named Michael who was very welcoming and ensured that we was happy before leaving the bar, went all out, very impressed with him! Also made a fabulous porn star martini which made two girls start to the dates wonderful�

Been here a few times over the past week. Incredible food, fantastic choices of drinks and cocktails. Staff are super friendly and very accommodating, overall a great venue and a welcoming experience. We will be back for sure!!!

After all day working I finnaly got to call this guys and ask for a table for 4 for my wife's birthday dinner with our 2 kids. What can we say, very nice cold beer in proper glass glass(before was plastic) and the best hot wings in town. Jerk chicken as always super good and the Pork Tenderloin spot on also. The kids meals need a Revamp. Bret was our waiter and made the kids evening with the old "magic" tricks that some of the old skool hard core of this industry still manage to pull. Thanks to the GM for the attention with the balloons and the "muffin" with the candles. Nice to see the place buzzing once again.

First time there for me... great atmosphere... sun out very very Busy ... so service of drinks and food took some time.. but when we got it... it was lovely. Only complaint from me... the main Courses are too big...

Because we shared a starter...we could only manage about half of our main meals.

Delicious though...

Went to Aruba yesterday lunchtime for a light bite to eat. Ordered the calamari but didn’t want the tartare sauce with it - asked if we could have sweet chilli sauce instead. Told that was fine but when the bill came we had been charged an extra 50p for the sweet chilli sauce. A bit of a cheek! Had a banana milkshake - it was nice but certainly not worth £4.90!!! I would have expected a very large shake for that price. Overall our experience was ok but my family & I won’t be in a rush to go back to Aruba.

Took a friend out for dinner last night who was visiting from London, I thought she’d be impressed with Aruba, unfortunately she was not very impressed with her food at all. Starter was very small and very sad looking, The pizza was a bit better thankfully the sun was shining and the location perfect.

Went here last night for a few cocktails... Quite honestly, the service was absolutely shocking. Virtually all of the staff were new, no one had a clue what they were doing. One member of staff was too busy socialising with some students to see that her colleague was absolutely drowning in customers. We waited almost half an hour for 2 cocktails and by the time we were served, we ended up ordering an extra drink each for fear of another ridiculous wait! When I asked to speak to someone in charge, I was met by the kitchen manager... What does a kitchen manager know about bar service? And why should he have to deal with the issue? I have worked in the bar industry for 10 years... And I've never seen anything like it. I must say though, that the kitchen manager was lovely about the whole situation and was very honest about the fact that it wasn't really his forte.

Awful service with bartenders who didn’t know what they sell, 3 people came after me to the bar all getting served before me considering there was very little people at the bar. I ended up walking away and not getting any drinks

What an absolute joke of a ‘restaurant’. Walk in on a quiet Thurs afternoon, lug 2 buggies up the stairs with a newborn and toddler to have some lunch. Sit for ages deliberating what to have , when we decided the waitress decided to tell us they had no Tofu. Considering all the Vegan meals include Tofu I thought this was unacceptable but hey ho maybe I could just have more veg on the ‘veggie kebabs’. The waitress answered with “no you cant”. “ Why” i asked, “because you will unbalance the stock”!!!!! My god what a travesty to unbalance the stock of some courgettes and mushrooms when you are incapable of 1. Telling us before we look at the menu what you have run out of and 2. Ordering enough stock to fulfil the menu!



The waitress could not give a hoot whether we stayed or not and I think the Chefs just couldn’t be bothered to be honest. Plenty of staff hanging around having a chat and no customer service whatsoever.



Stick to what you know Aruba forget the restaurant part just become another sticky floor bar!!!!



Why even bother opening in the day! Went to Las Iguanas and were served with proper customer service and decent food!

Visited on Sunday night- staff will know exactly why I have awarded 1 star. Was probably a one off but won't return despite several previous visits.In future, management need to consider refusing to serve more alcohol to customers before they needed police intervention.

I arrived for the rum weekend expecting great things! I was extremely disappointed in the service my friend and I received! The drinks were ok but the food service was appalling! The waitress incorrectly heard and misplaced my order, when I queried the fact that that wasn’t my order, I was told I had ordered my food wrong and had to eat it. There was no apology over the confusion of my order and was made to me feel very uncomfortable ( the waitress kept glaring at me). Once finished eating there was a prolonged period where our table was not cleaned, the staff were too busy dancing to the band and taking photos on their mobile. Will definitely not be returning.
