Wonderful venue for the reception following our son's wedding to our lovely new daughter-in-law. The Arun View Inn is situated right next to the river affording a wonderful vista from the conservatory where the reception took place. The owners and staff were very attentive and couldn't have been more helpful, accommodating all of our requests. The food was amazing; superb buffet with something to appeal to everyone,followed by a wonderful selection of cakes and pastries. Couldn't recommend more highly. Thank you so much for your part in making it such a special day, very much appreciated.

Went yesterday for a family lunch. The selection of food available was good from fish and chips to steak or chilli. Puddings were lovely the raspberry frangipani tart and raspberry ripple ice cream was delicious. Friendly staff, nothing to much trouble. Be returning soon.

Went for a family meal yesterday to celebrate my Dads 70th birthday very lovley food and nice and big so you didn't feel too near to the table next to you. Also benefit of air conditioning in the restuarant on a scorching hot day �

Paul and his team where brilliant, the food was great, served hot, by some lovely people. Willie Austin and his band entertained everyone really well.

Once again the Arun View stands out as the premier Pub/Restaurant in this area.

My husband and our son dropped in yesterday saw they had bar food then realised had a proper restaurant we ordered and ate outside couldn't get much closer to the river although was a tad windy we ordered burgers and scampi all arrived quickly and very enjoyable we will definitely be back maybe for a roast dinner next time

My friend and I called to ask if they had Vegan options, they said they could oblige so we went along straight away and they promptly offered us 3 options, we chose sausages, cabbage and sauté potatoes and my friend had gravy, it was delicious and the service was brilliant. We shall return, thank you.

Love the Arun View the atmosphere is lovely the food is great and sitting watching everything going on up and down the river is so relaxing. The staff are so helpful too. Especially when they gave a fussy customer ( not me)

If you like a good sized portion of fresh home cooked food this place is great, nice pub by the sea with polite staff, although the pub isn’t the most trendy setting; the food is great which is what matters

Have been to this excellent inn for not only evening meals and lunches but xmas party's and functions. The food has always been excellent, piping hot fresh and never had a complaint. Last night had a family meal for husbands birthday seated 24 all served around the same time, no preordering before hand. Family from Surrey came down and Arun view was new to them they praised the food, the large portions and the fact the menu offered a variety of good old fashioned home cooked to more modern trends if required. They certainly will be back. Children were welcomed and catered for with not just the usual nuggets chips choices. A roast dinner child size went down well. Nothing is to much trouble for them 👍

Had yet another fantastic New Year’s Eve thanks to Paul and Ivonne, family, chefs, bar and waiting staff and of course resident DJ Tony!!!!!!! Thank you so much as always for the best food, service and party night of the year as always with much thanks the Berry family. Highly recommended 👍😁

Had a fantastic meal with family who live in East Preston. They have been meaning to go for a long time but never have. We were all very impressed & not only was the food fantastic but the staff couldn't do enough for you. Highly recommended & will definitely go back again �������

Had Sunday lunch with family great roast & potato was delicious had lovely after with friendly staff & even had great dairy free ice cream so I got desert to *******

Been several times with delicious food, especially the crab and chorizo linguini. Oh and the slow roasted pork belly......I can go on. The staff are so friendly and polite, would definitely recommend a visit or two.

We had a lovely meal with good service, able to eat outside in the evening sunshine, always a pleasure to sit by the river and enjoy the view!!
