All of our trainers come from an operational background in leisure, and also have experience working for the East Midlands Ambulance Service.

All of our trainer assessor's are qualified through Nuco Training and the Royal Lifesaving Society UK, the UK's leading drowning prevention charity. As well as trainer assessors, we also have experienced mentors within our team who are able to guide and support new trainers through their probationary period.
