Tristone Coaching Ltd. is a Social Enterprise with a mission to improving the lives of young people affected by adult-anger. It is also a people development approach using a unique coaching method to provide individuals with stepping stones to transforming lives, growing businesses, and bridging the gap between languishing and flourishing. Using the principles of an evidence-based anger management programme to develop anger as a positive emotion, improve the expression of anger, and increase assertive communication skills within my participants. Individuals specifically wanting a holistic experience in coaching, can take advantage of a fully integrated and unique coaching model. Positive Psychology doesn't aim to 'fix' people, or dismiss mental illness, but rather it leads to optimal functioning as being healthy psychologically.
