Our Chief Executive, Sheena Pickersgill, has operated successfully at board level for nine years, transforming people and organisations. She is respected locally, nationally and internationally for her work on organisational development and culture change. We now want to share that knowledge and experience with you to help you or your organisation to thrive. "Ascendere" is Latin meaning "to climb" and that's what we will help you to do whether it is a personal or professional journey, as an individual, as a team or as an organisation. Ascending Women© is an innovative programme of workshops to inspire women to climb the organisational ladder and achieve those leadership roles.
