Celebrating "He is Risen" in the morning tomorrow 8am and 10.30am with the eye witness accounts in John's Gospel as we hear Jesus' five words to his startled friends and what they mean for us today. The service includes communion.

We will be celebrating 60 years at the Ascension Church Westdene on Sunday 18th Feb 2018. We will be joined by Rev Martin Lloyd-Williams our archdeacon, as well as past ministers including Andrew & Yvonne Spear and David & Margaret Byrne. Whatever your connection to Ascension we’d love to invite you to our Sunday morning celebration as we give thanks for 60 years in Westdene, and recall the contributions that so many have made to the work here.
If sadly you are not able to join us on this occasion, we invite you to join us for the visit of Bishop Richard on Sunday 18th March or at some other point during the year. Just let us know when you can come! May we also invite you to please pray for blessings for us during our celebration year and beyond!

A special service at All Saints Church, Church Hill Patcham on Sunday 19th November at 3.00pm. It is a service of Thanksgiving and Remembrance at which we will give thanks to God for the lives of our loved ones who are no longer with us and remember in prayer those who have been bereaved. We warmly invite you and your family and friends to this service. Whether or not you have been to a service like this before, you are most welcome to come – and you can simply turn up on the day. Afterwards we shall serve refreshments in the Church Centre.
