Asda Birkenhead Stanley Road Supermarket

For a small store it does well but one of the till staff needs to go on a customer service course as she is damn rude!. I did make an official complaint and was emailed back and was informed that it was taken seriously and a member of their customer service team would be in touch.... Nearly 3 months later nothing!, so I very much doubt if what I'm doing now will make a jot of difference.

Has everything I need it's close open until 10 pm 6 days a week always has offers.

Has everything you generally need great for last minute shops or early morning milk runs cash machine outside doesn't have cash and don't think it's getting replaced due to being robbed a few times

Not a lover of Asda so dont shop in them very often, the attitude of the staff on the tills, especially the self scan ones
are very unpleasant

Fix the cash machine attached to the front of your store. Asda products poor, especially the food, staff need to understand what good customer service is, never a reaction to long queues. Not somewhere I will shop again.

Great local shopping market with everything you need .

Handy late night shopping.Not as good as larger Woodchurch but better than Birkenhead,staff are happy&helpful.not alot of choice on fresh produce but thats understandable.Easy parking and cashpoint outside.On the whole a great runner up to Woodchurch!

I've been a customer of asda for years. You say you're a company that care, yet your store turned down my daughter of less than two and her need to use the toilet. Just recently potty trained and begging for a wee, a store assistant refused her very bluntly and most unsympathetically. Very disappointed in the store and the customer service.
