Asda Brighton Hollingbury Superstore

I don't like giving poor reviews but ASDA Hollingbury seem to have lost the plot. Several items were missing from the home delivery and some things were replaced with things which had no bearing to what I had in fact ordered. Will I use this service again and be charged £6.50 for a delivery slot. I think NOT. Not a happy customer.

Gone downhill. Fresh food is poor. Fruit display full of rotten stuff. Not enough manned checkouts. They try to push people into using self checkouts. No chance.

Huge Asda! Much bigger than the marina one. Huge home and fashion section. Lots to offer. Gets really busy however!!

Great range of products from basic to mid range. Unable to find 100% cotton socks. Great cleaning offers

We have shopped at Asda today, which we have been doing for the past 24 years and was most disappointed with the lack of service at the fish counter. We waited 20 minutes to be served and still no one arrived. We normally shop on a Friday without to many problems, however Saturday's are definitely a problem. A lack of staff and stock led to a very disappointing visit. As a result we are going to try shopping at Morrison's as from next week. Shopping at Asda has become boring and frustrating.

Love the homemade pizzas BUT your boy Wessley spends about 3 hours telling you his life story whilst making them - I could have gone round the store, collected the ingredients myself and cooked the pizza on the roof of my car using nothing more than the power of the sun in the time it takes him to sprinkle on some cheese.

Didn't have the Harry main cutlery I wanted and the toilets were closed so I shat myself in the car park. Do not like.

Actually I don't agree at all with those reviews. Staff there very polite and helpful, always ready to drop what they are doing to actually look for items for you. There's nothing wrong wth that store. It's a great number of a certain kind of customers which spoils the the whole experience imo.

Always a very busy store. Very big, lots of products. Fuel always significantly cheaper than elsewhere.
