Asda Bromborough Superstore

They supposedly match the best exchange rates for travel money with any other bureau within 5 miles. This was confirmed over the phone prior to going in. However when I got there I was told they wouldn't match it because the other bureau wasn't open at the time. Just shocking!

I visited yesterday with my wife who is in a wheelchair. We couldn't gain access to the disabled loo and a very helpful staff member saw my wife's distress and immediately intervened and took my wife through to the normal ladies loo and stayed with her throughout for reassurance. This was service well above and beyond and we are so grateful for this personal customer care.
Had a query before we left about returning a duplicate birthday card and the customer service lady was also a delight (we chatted about my son who is a Dr at Clatterbridge). We are not locals (live in Ainsdale) but will certainly return to this store each time we visit our son. Many many thanks, you really are Stars!

I always do my shopping by click and collect from this store and today was no exception, but as I set off to collect my shopping my car broke down. I called the store and spoke to Paul in the click and collect department and he couldn't have been more helpful. At first it was decided that my shopping would be sent out on a delivery for me the following day, which was absolutely fine by me! BUT I have just received a phone call from Paul telling me he has arranged for someone who works at the store to deliver my shopping to me this evening on his way home from work!! Absolutely amazed by this thoughtfulness! Fantastic customer service!! Thanks again Paul!

Good ASDA following their successful formula. Plenty of parking including for blue badge holders as well as parent & child.
Convenient cash machines situated outside. Fuel station close by with friendly and very helpful staff. It's a popular service station and can get very busy, leading to some delays, but the competitive pricing assures popularity.
Never had anything but polite, pleasant, and efficient customer services.

As a 76 year old pensioner value is very important to me as well as quality and since moving to Bromborough I have found Asda at the croft gives me all of this. The range of products is fantastic as are the staff they are always pleasant and helpful. I have just purchased your protect shaving range and I am very impressed.

Scan and go makes shopping much easier

Although ASDA is competitively priced compared to some other stores, it can be lacking in range at the Bromborough store. No cornmeal, couldn't find it anywhere, so i thought i would substitute with polenta but they only had the hard stuff - couldn't use that either!

Staff are always friendly and pleasant and when you get the good offers, it's a very good price. Sometimes some of the foods can be overpriced in comparison to other places but on the whole, pretty good.

Just spent 10 minutes trying to get thro on phone after listening to the 8+ option waffle - continually rang out then got cut off. Doesn't encourage you to use them.
