Asda Cape Hill Superstore

I am not a big fan of Asda at all. I have cats & the prices of some of the products r over priced how can u charge £2.97 for Dreamies when elsewher they r £2.50. Also I needed assistance & there was no one to help. I find at this store stock control vry bad as is vry rare u can get everything u go in for. I have to b honest I only use Asda as the last resort.

Good selection. Decent opening hours. Friendly helpful Staff always on hand when needed. Plenty of parking however there is a 3 hour time limit. Located on retail park with several other major chains. Convenient hassle free decent sized store open till around 11pm.

Asda itself is great . Convenient.
But Cark park isn't big enough an it can sometimes be a nightmare. Have to have your wits about you.

No customer care, don't think the staff can be asked as business is running and salaries paid. Been going there for a long time, hardly had a smile in return compared to TESCO. People behind the curtains must be working hard as prices are always comparatively good but could do with staff training or probably pay extra to smile and be kind to customers.

Always clean and tidy. Can usually find what you want or if not ask someone and get an answer. You can do your whole shop in there and feel like it's worth it.

Value for money especially whoops item

I'm kind of conflicted because you have Some good times and then sometimes they just make you feel bad after shopping. I like their collection of clothes at George and their stationery and home products, I like a lot of things from them but... They need to make sure they treat people nicer.

Have had a nightmare with customer service but also really nice experiences.

This place really should be avoided at all costs. It is rammed at all times of the day and people make an effort to get in your may and make your shopping experience hellish.
