Be aware of scam. I was ripped off by cashier (name parveen). She added 2 chocolates at £3.00 each to my bill while I was putting grocery into trolley. Unfortunately, I found it out late when I was revising receipt at home

Good value and range of products! Aldi is open opposite so, we will see if they become more competitive in price and range!

I love this place. Really enjoyed the food, both times i have been there, as did everyone else with me. A very varied menu, so I was a little surprised they were able to cook everything so well. The portions are sizeable too, so no complaints there. I would say it is good value for money. My only issue with this this place is it does not open for breakfast everyday. Judging by the breakfast menu it is definitely worth a visit for breakfast/brunch.

Typical Asda really, I always go at stupid o clock in the morning (between midnight & 3am) personally. The staff are stacking shelves from pallets and everything you need has just come out fresh but most importantly...NO QUEUES! Yay

This is a good Asda, it has most of what we need under one roof, which includes its clothing range, George, a pharmacy and a fresh bakery section. Staff are friendly and helpful and we can usually find things we need here. Prices are reasonable and that includes the petrol station.

We are disgusted with Asda today!!! We ordered shopping online to be delivered to our door and when it arrived the female member of staff refused to carry it up one flight of stairs to our door!!!!! She called by telephone and stated she needed help but my husband was at work and I am currently 8 months pregnant, the main reason why I order online!!!
Therefore what else can we do but send shopping back, when contacting manager at store we were told they are 'sorry' and they will credit our account with a £10 voucher!!!
I'm sorry but I don't need a £10 voucher, I needed my shopping, now my other child has no nappies and I will have to drag her out to the shop to get myself after waiting in all morning for Asda!!!!
This is ridiculous, if a member of staff is not able to lift products then why on earth are they employed for this job????
Asda has now lost themselves a customer as I will not be ordering from there again!!!!!

Convenient location and ample free parking.
Generally cheap grocery prices but store own budget range isn't great quality.
They sell clothing here which is keenly priced but no changing room.

Decent prices & good selection of stock, you do need a car to get here though as would be a hassle on public transport

Pros: Got quite a big range for everything. Best time for fresh products stock up is Sunday morning.

Cons: Some staff at the self check out tills definitely need customer service training as they often show bad attitude. Toilet needs maintenance please. Self check out assistants need customer service training, from supervisor staff who does not know how to approach a customer and other staff just stand around offering no help at all.
