Some staff very rude! Prefer the colchester store.

Big shout out to Customer Service desk.
I purchased something that went moldy before sell by date - Took it back unopened. Sincere apologies, changed item and then gave me a money off voucher to use against my next shop. All done with a smile and a further apology for the inconvenience of having to go back into the store.

Still getting used to this supermarket. Went shopping there at the weekend and just walked out as I could not find the items I wanted. Shame. Petrol is cheap though.

It has a very good selection in all food departments , excellent selection in children s clothing .very welcoming cafeteria with a really good and verid menu . Staff always very helpful and there always available to help in any way you may need .

Not a bad visit but wish it sold curtains in this store as I cannot always get to the Colchester store.

Helpful and polite staff to date, standard Asda prices (generally quite cheap) and layout is easily accessible. Well signposted and facilities are very good compared to others I have had the opportunity to use.

Nice clean shop with great customer service. Went into cafe for a cuppa very nice environment. Ver pleasing experience.

My husband had a cheese omelette meal supposed to come with chips and side salad. Weren't til he'd finished he realised that he didn't get the side salad although this probably would've been the best part even if he don't normally eat salad. The chips were puffy like under cooked oven chips and the omelette was possibly a precooked one done in a microwave. His accompanying hot chocolate... not hot. I had the jacket potato with tuna, the skin of the jacket was tough and overcooked the tuna was of a soggy consistency. The best part about the whole meal was my cup of tea. We both had a slice of cake each I had lemon drizzle and him the chocolate fudge, can't fault the cake.

Great to have a Asda at last,v.conv,friendly staff,esp the blonde honest asda employee who noticed i had left my cash back in the machine,ty again blonde lady!

Recently opened (Sept 2016) it's lovely to have an asda in the town! Unfortunately every time I have purchased fruit or veg it has turned bad really quickly. Everything else is great!

Had my Christmas delivery this morning and all I can say is fabulous , the substitutes they gave me where spot on , it's was early , delivery chappy was lovely . I ordered from Colchester last year and vowed never again , 6 hours late , half missing , customer service was dire . CLACTON Store well done !!!
