Only shopped there because I had to take a friends top back. Not much choice of chilled or frozen fish lots of empty storage not refilled.nice girl on customer service working on her own very efficient. Lady was called to till to key in something,walked to the till as if she had all the worries in the world only new one pace very slow.Hence won't be visiting again.have heard this said by a few friends that used to shop at Asda

The staff were very helpful and a good selection of products the cafe was very disappointing very poor selection of hot lunches the kiosk had a better selection of sandwiches than the cafe bar far . the biggest negative were the toilets I've used better at a road side picnic area. they were reasonably clean of the two stalls 1 had the bowl overflowing out of two adult sinks 1 was without a tap it was missing so only 1 person is able to use these at a time. wake up adds it's 2017 spend some of your profit and get a Plummer. or better still gut them and provide toilets of a size and better standard at least equal to the size of your store. and customer numbers.

Lovely cool shopping in the hot weather, the cool air hits you as you walk in from the heat. Brought 2 bedding sets lovely designs and such good value, 2 the shirts each for my 4 grandchildren ranging in price from £4 to £6 each with trendy designs on again good value and nice quality, fruit and veg reasonably priced and floral buttery 500grm on offer at £1 a pack taste testing in store l liked it, also 2 lovely hanging baskets full of tumbling purple and lilac flowers for £5 each. Lady on till cheerful and polite and didn't launch my shopping at like lots of them do.so l would recommend Asda for shopping had a drink and jacket spuds in the cafe small bottle of Dr Pepper £1.60 thought that was a bit overpriced jacket £3.25 so that was OK.

Needed to charge up my Nissan Leaf but charging points were blocked by diesel car's. Know one park's in a petrol station so why should this be acceptable. Come on Asda and follow other retailers that fine car's that are not charging only then do we stand a chance of cleaning up our polluted air.

4 star because the self-checkouts are poorly maintained and the card readers are always crashing.

The shopping experience it's self was fine. What angered me was a member of staff loudly voicing her opinion on how people have all week to do their shopping. Perhaps Asda should invest some time and money on training their staff not to openly insult their customers.

Went to the cafe today and the food was dreadful and cheap and bland and drinks over priced. Staff rude. This cafe has gone down hill since it opened. If your lucky enough to get properly cooked food instead of slope like you get in hospitals the portion size is not even enough for a child !. Think you need to up your game Asda. Sainsburys all the way amazing food and sainsburys have a lovely cafe there & comfy chairs also. More importantly good quality food in there.
