Asda Derby Supercentre

Lots of parking, petrol facilities at competitive price and large, quality range of clothes and food. Tech items limited range.

Always a good selection of pretty much everything you could need, product availability much better here than other Asda stores I've been to. More tills need to be opened up at peak times though.

Great store normally, but tonight a lot of shelves were empty and couldn't get all i needed

You find everything you need could do with more larger sizes for men ie trouers and joggers rhe 45 48 range

Massive and busy supermarket just off the A52 ( Brian Clough Way ) on the outskirts of Derby. Sells all the things that you would need for a weekly shop, and more. Large free carpark and petrol filling station on site. I do find it very busy at times, especially weekends, around the tills, but there are bargains to be found, worth a visit. Staff are always friendly and helpful

Like most Asdas, large and well stocked. This store has a steady stream of people through it. Fish counter is great. Salmon in the bag with garlic butter.

I do more shopping here than any other store.
Never seem to have a problem. I'm sure if you speak to management they will deal with any issue. Tried the sinfin branch but customer service is so much better here.

I don't know why people are crying so much about this and that. I believe if you went into Asda in a more positive attitude you would come out feeling good about your visit. Ok they move stuff about so you have to walk more walking is good exercise, you cry about the parking, Park further away where it is quiet and get some fresh air, You say the phone never gets answered then stop ringing and go to the shop people are way too idle nowadays, Also if they are being rude, Ask them their name first off if they don't give it and confront them in the store in a nice polite way and ask why they was rude over the phone i bet the answer would be you was shouting and upsetting me. Get real people and stop blaming the store for your own negativity in life, go in smiling make somebody laugh and come out feeling a better person, get off your butts and shop instead of doing it online. Exercise fitness eating properly equals a positive outlook on life, try it sometime you may surprise yourself. ;-)

Asda in Spondon is a large superstore. However, it's extremely popular in the area (due to it being one of the only superstores around the area), meaning it gets very packed especially on a Saturday afternoon. Furthermore, parking is also a nightmare. Once you get in, you don't have much room to breathe, and you have to continuously move down the isles to prevent someone from becoming frustrated. The store offers offers several other businesses within it including a McDonald's Restaurant and an Optician's. However, you can hardly ever find the time to use these as the majority of customers are usually in a hurry. All in all, it's a decent way to get your weekly shopping down, but it can be a very stressful and tiring experience, when it doesn't really need to be.
