Absolutely useless..... Slow is an understatement... Been here 5 hours and not unloaded yet... Absolutely shocking service.
Hate delivering to this place.

Right it takes a while to get tipped but if your waiting for your paperwork between 12 and 1 o'clock go to the canteen it's very cheap and good this was Friday ( fish and chip day ) £2.14 I think it was

Massive place. Was working couple of times over there and wasn't that bad. Managers are ok. Transport staff also Ok

I'm absolutely disgusted with the level of customer service. I've been waiting for 5hrs so far and I still have yet to be unloaded. I'm being very generous with one star as you have to put something, I'd prefer to put no stars. Asda Distribution Managers, you need to pay attention to how Wincanton is running your depots......PATHETIC!!!!

This is one of the worst places I have had the displeasure of visiting. The staff talk and treat you like an idiot. Customer service is terrible. Treatment of sub contractors coming onto site is awful. You're forced into a waiting area akin to herded cattle. Facilities are disgusting, the one shared toilet is always dirty as is the waiting area itself. You can be left for hours without any information. Staff are sarcastic and ridicule visiting drivers. I've visited many RDC's in the UK and this is the worst one I've been to. Disgusting treatment

If you like waiting and getting #$cked around!! Go there if u must

Quick tip. Let me in several hours early too on a Friday!! Bays round back are a bit of a pain as goods in is round the front. No dramas about waiting around to finish a break though which is a touch.
