Asda Eastleigh Supercentre

Huge store with plenty of grocery and clothing choice. It operates 'scan & go' which is so quick and hassle free.

Visited yesterday. We regularly eat and have coffee over weekends. Usually satisfactory but 5th November was awful!
Got to the queue to find Cash Only! So had to walk round to cash point where first atm Wasn’t Giving Cash? Middle one...£20 notes only. Third one was fine!
Got back to queue and everyone was really glum and offhand. Bordering On rude without actually being rude. We decided on Lamb hot pot... sorry we haven’t got it. Ok lasagne for me....which looked like last weeks...very flat and over cooked top. My friend had beef pie but it was very ordinary.
Coffee has gone up and was cold by the time we had eaten.
The restaurant is too near door and everything you order get really cool very quickly!
Come on Asda... we used to enjoy Sunday breakfasts or roasts...but not good these days.
WHAT A SHAME.

Nice selection of clothes, household items and groceries. Big carpark and an OK(ish) coffee. The pharmacy is always busy and a bit on the slow side.

A good selection, a really big store. Was the first Hypermarket in Britain. A negative is shelves are never full always empty spaces.

Great place to shop, almost everything you could want, and fantastic price with brilliant knock down tags on what felt like every other product.

Nice big supermarket, good clothes section and some good deals. Needs better premium range and meat is not great generally. Very very popular so gets busy and can be hard to park.

Parking was great so many places too go but when I was walking around the staff dropped their scanner machine on my foot and didn't bother to say a single word that is sorry and we just left and Asda Next I am going to be reporting you guys if you don't get the game up alright I'm now done !

I find the majority of the staff extremely helpful. Today there was a few things I couldn't find. . . . .especially in your frozen food section as quite a few of your freezers were out of order. Generally no problem.

It's an ok store, tidy, well stocked, good variety of products.

Cued up for 25 minutes waiting for the money exchange to open . Asked the security guard what's going on ,his reply "dunno". No suggestion that he would help. In the end I went and asked the customer service guy who also said dunno,I'll phone. As they didn't answer he suggested it's probably shut today!
In the end I drove to tesco and got £1000 exchanged and did a holiday shop.
Massive waste of a morning.

Very large supermarket with a vast stock and the cheapest fuel in the area.

didnt realise we were back in ww2 and the tomato sauce sachets were rationed.
I come to the cafe every week and today after asking for sauces that are now hidden under the counter i was given two, One for each breakfast id bought. the place is getting tighter by the week several times ive had to pay for sachets which is fine if its stated and they are consistant with it.
