Asda Fleetwood Superstore

Although it is the cheapest place to buy decent brands in food, it is getting more expensive. It's a big store so you can probably get what you expect to from Asda. However, being a regular customer I'm getting fed up up things being moved. Some of the aisle signs frequently do not match what is down them. I've also come across lots of mis-labelled products that don't ring up as what they're advertised as on the shelves, so watch out for that. Products you've been buying regularly for years can also disappear, never to return, despite said products not being discontinued.

Being a "24 hours" store (only Tuesday to Friday) means you can shop in the early hours but I wouldn't recommend it. During the early hours there's so many pallets, boxes & staff blocking the shelves that it's just not worth it. And at that time the staff are less than helpful, I can tell you. The self service tills can be problematic too & it's usually 1 in 10 visits where you don't have to ask someone for help when the machine refuses to acknowledge you've scanned something then bagged it. In the early mornings you've got no alternative as there's no checkout staff.

There's plenty of parking, customer toilets, cash machines, a café & free customer WiFi. I asked if I was allowed to take a few photos of the store & also provide them with a free 360 interior Street view to promote it but the manager said that's not normal practice & then just didn't bother phoning me back after he said he'd get in touch with "head office". Well these days it actually IS normal practice, as it can greatly help promote a business. But hey-ho, some people still live in the 20th century.

UPDATE: watch those prices at the checkout! I'm FREQUENTLY finding that the ticket price does not match the checkout price on multiple items from a visit. One item was like that for TWO WEEKS, even though I reported it on every occasion. But worse than that is they've stopped using the baked bean flavoured bread on their bacon and egg sandwiches. It was the best thing Asda did. Even though I live minutes away from the store I'm now shopping at Morrison's instead. Sort it out Asda!

It always depends on the time you visit. Staff are very polite and helpful and will do most anything to help especially if you are struggling. There is a good range of items to suit needs-- and wants. Visit Fleetwood Asda.

Asda in Fleetwood is on Dock road if you know the town just at the end of Amounderness way approximate 2 miles from Cala Gran holiday park, just on the left past the trawler funnel memorial, everything you need under one roof, including fresh Fleetwood fish, enjoy your shopping with friendly staff who seem to magically know where every item is on every shelf, how they remember it all I’ll never know but anyway with lots of parking space and an upstairs cafe and toilets you can’t go wrong here, if your on holiday, come and stock your caravan with everything you need at reasonable prices, enjoy.

Very helpful service from the woman in the toy aisle. Great selection of wine too although not as many iwc stickers/wine medal winners info as last time I shopped in Asda. So on balance something for the kids and adults! Oh and no cardboard wine carriers, call me tight but it's a bit of an expected bonus to get a free holder when you buy a fair amount on expensive booze.

The asda at fleetwood is really good nothing is ever a problem or too much trouble if you cant find something just ask and you will be escorted to the exact shelf and shown wgere the item should be placed if its not there a member of staff will go check to see if they have any stock, even the staff on the tills are always happy to help you as well they always greet you with a how are you they are patient and never in a rush also they always give you a have a nice day and see you soon with a smile i cant fault my local asda its my main place to shop and i dont mind shopping when the staff are like that

Excellent customer service, great choices and fantastic value for money.

Paid for helium balloons got to customer service to be told no helium. Don't offer a service you can't provide and inform staff on the tills before purchasing. Then get home paid £10 for birthday cards in sealed plastic to discover no envelopes.

Not the best Asda store I've used. Very high emphasis on own brand. This definitely limits choices of products. Brilliant staff, always respect & helpful.

Great store, dtaff so friendly and helpful. Really enjoy having lunch with my grandchildren in the upstairs cafe.

most staff great but one has got problem with my daughter accused her of stealing was found she hadnt stole anything but since then the staff called rachel with red hair has had it in for my daughter she watches her every were she goes tells staff to watch her even when i am with her she ignores others customers when my daughter at self check out and i also think its because my daughter is gay my daughter suffers from mental health probs so this sort of harassment makes it worse for her i have informed their head office of this staff persecuting my daughter but they dont give a crap about it so i wont be shopping there again all they care about is getting your money and sod anything else not nice being watched every isle u gown down when you have done nothing wrong so no i dont recomend this store at all
