Asda Great Yarmouth Superstore

The prices and variety of products are very competitive. The store is clean and bright. Accessibility is excellent. Parking for cars is plentiful but not for cyclists ,there's no where proper to lock your bike.

Be ok if people put trolleys back after their shopping so they didn't go into road and cause unnecessary damage to cars

The biggest, best equipped and best kept Asda store I've ever seen. Amazing.

We have always shopped in Asda and found the prices to be competitive. However, over the past 6 months we have been very disappointed on the shelf life on fresh produce which has been very short. Also the store has become unbearably cold throughout making it an unenjoyable experience. We are seriously considering shopping elsewhere due to this.

It's not my go-to supermarket due to where I live. But whenever I am there or had an experience there. It's always been good. It's the only place that does our specific dog food in 20kg bags. They were nice enough to keep it at customer service when I rang to see if they had it in stock. The BYO pizza booth is amazing in my opinion. 2 x 10" pizzas with 4 toppings on for £4.50 is an absolute steal. It's a shame I don't live closer.

Overall I have been frequently to the shop. Certain staff are nice (mostly checkouts) & its a 50/50 you get nice or not nice customer service. I had to recently return & replace an item, only to spot a few days later, the same damaged item (a toy) back on sale at full price. Basically, some little kid was destined to be disappointed & as a result, I too was disappointed to see this on sale.
This morning I arrived at the store to discover the "24hours" should instead read "18hours", but only info to state this is a poster up by the door! Yes, ok, who needs a shop open all night? Well maybe people on a N/shift who are up in the night or at work & could use it.
At least remove the ruddy signs as its 4 days since it changed & your website says 24h too. 3 stars for a decent store when open & for your 50% of the staff that give a toss.....

I did some shoping while staying nearby holiday park. Its is a big 24 hour store.most of tills were open n was quick service.

I returned a headset today because it was too small for me. The refund was ok and quick but the 2 stars are for the staff. Rather abrupt woman in the customer service desk and not much better the one in the technology desk where i first went to return the item.

Decent shop wide range and have had no problems with the staff but don't visit regularly
