Asda Hitchin Supermarket

Nice shop, self service and free parking for an hour. No toilets or beverage facilities and near main shops and market Friday and Saturday

Oh dear what a poor advert for Asda. Despite a couple of female members of staff who always try their best this store is a shambles. Never enough staff, staff that have no idea what they sell or where items should be. Don't ever dare to use self scan because if you have a problem there is no one to help. In a word Avoid.!

This has to be the worst asda anywhere, mood , rude , grumpy , staff that grunt at you if your lucky, you have to ask two or three times for staff to come to the till and serve you, the store is all ways dirty and very poorly stocked. The amount of times I have been there and seen customers complain is unreal.
The ONLY reason I use the place is it is right next door to my work I certainly would not go out my way or travel to use it, i could include a lot more but do not see the point as far as asda and it's staff are concerned they do a fantastic job and the staff are amazing lol I could not even write that last part with out laughing out loud.

Small asda. Good for forgotten items.

Wonderful helpful staff. Thank you to the lovely Irish lady who stopped what she was doing and said. "Let me help you as your loaded down". Big bulky toilet rolls and basket. Thank you hitchin. Your staff are a credit.

The problem with this asda it's too small there intention was to take over whole corner of this block and upstairs too as leases on those run out but seems original leaseholders are staying out which means this store not able to expand why go here I ask myself when Stevenage asda is the biggest asda and probably biggest widest stocked best bargains supermarket in the area with a cafe as well?
