Asda Hunts Cross Superstore

Great ASDA store. With café in store. Many other good shops in Hunt's Cross also.

Lots of car parking & trolleys easy to access, bright well stocked store, friendly helpful staff. Cafe instore, pharmacy also in the mall.

CAFE serves disgusting undercooked food with useless & unknowledgable staff who have a "Can't be bothered" attitude. Scrambled egg was like leather, sausages were undercooked, bacon looked like it had been boiled and left out for hours, was given a whole giant tomato which was wet & had some of the top sliced off, mushrooms were like rocks. Food took ages to serve & all for the pleasure of £9.50!!!! Avoid at all costs, supposed to be affordable & nice but very expensive & disgusting. The young lad had no clue what he was doing & spoke like he really couldn't care less either - the food server was very elderly & looked like she was struggling. Typical Wal-mart.

Make sure u take ur id wen goin the george counter would giv me items even tho i had order numba via text

I have just been in store at Hunts Cross. I bought the new set of orange towels and bath mat. They did not have the bath sheet on the shelf so after asking an assistant who got me some help I was happy to walk out of the store with the full set of accessories I wanted. Very helpful.

Great staff. Could not help enough. Good team work.

Dvd movie section 2nd to none puts Morrisons to shame and the staff were so helpful

Sorry cant rate any Asda Stores, shelves & fridges are always half empty & kids running round like its a Creche its like a day out for kids especially on bank holidays.

Online shopping CS Staff attitude appauling, Always Problems with website recently and Choose the most Ridiculous times to 'Update website'!!

I hate this asda not only do they lie but I am now waiting to have an op through a bad fall in there not my fauiltball there's but they lied through there teeth now I am disabled. People have said I would sue them for every penny you can't even they have the best legal team and I am a nobody they told lies about me and I proved they lied they didn't even say sorry be careful of this place

Went for lunch at 1.15, ordered ham, eggs and chips. I was told they don't do eggs after 12 o'clock. Walked out and stopped at customer service. Was asked if I waited a manager. I asked was there any point, no positive responseponse? Have had the meal at 2 other Asda at the same sort of time.
