Asda Kendal Superstore

This store used to be amazing, ever since it's been taken over by the posh git with the big head it has sadly fallen downhill and just about all new members of staff have no customer service skills whatsoever but at least I can endure them. Unlike the new staff, I can not bear the other 'managers' and especially the fat baboon with the glasses, whenever I speak to her she always somehow makes it her mission to tell me she is on a diet or that she is loosing weight. Please ASDA if you are reading this you need to sort something out or at least put all the managers in there place. I'm sorry for the bad review but I have been pushed over the edge today by your annoying staff.

P.S. I would like to leave a message for the manager mentioned above and maybe stop her from being such an annoying snob.... Here goes nothing WE DO NOT CARE IF YOU ARE LOSING WEIGHT HONEY, THAT SHOULDN'T GIVE YOU BRAGGING RIGHTS, YOU SHOULD BE DISAPPOINTED THAT YOU WERE SO BIG IN THE FIRST PLACE! ALSO, YOU ARE A MANAGER YOU SHOULD BE UNDERSTANDING, YOU SHOULDN'T BE TRYING TO MAKE OUT THAT YOU ARE SOME SORT OF QUEEN. OPEN YOUR EYES WOMAN THE WORLD DOES NOT REVOLVE AROUND YOU

Awful car park. Dirty loos. Good selection of local food

Lots of amazing things to choose from and it's very cheap the only problem us choosing what to buy so if you are considering going I would recommend it but just be aware that there is a restaurant but I would not recommend eating there

Clean, well stocked, extremely helpful staff. Good parking, busy store so pick your times accordingly.

Helpful friendly staff. Well set out .nice cross section of bargains/quality products.

Good range of products: Plumgarth's sausages are the best. More importantly I forgot to collect my cashbsck a little while ago and came back fow holiday and they had saved it for me. Brilliant!!

Absolutely rancid food in the cafe, bought 3 meals there today at lunchtime and it was disgusting!! Food slopped on the plate, most totally overdone. Took nearly half an hour to come out of the kitchen. Other people gave up waiting for their meals and demanded a refund. We were overcharged. One poor woman left the till area and slipped on the floor (something had been spilt) and she hit her head on the ground.

All in all, a total shambles.

Couldn't get everything we wanted in the store for our food shop. It is rubbish!

DO NOT!!!!!! Use online shopping service at Asda it is a joke. 6 times they have cancelled the order then had no correspondence, had to find out myself and then try to blame the bank! Worst service Asda provides and have zero solutions for whatever problem they are having. Tesco it is then. Not sure who the manager is in this store but 90% that he is straight out of business school with no experience in life or anything else for that matter!!

Been at Asda last week! I ve been served by an young lad called Jake! He was really patient and polite even if it was a busy hour! Nice place to shop! Good prices and offers.
