A no mess top shop and ideally located(as I live opposite!).

Great store, great staff. Click and collect is a good service.

Pharmacy department. The pharmacist was understanding, patient and knowledgeable. I had my flu jab. I was very nervous but calmed me down and did not feel a thing. Explained everything. Most of all he was kind. Very good customer service. Thank you

Well stocked with the basics. Good friendly service.

I had a wonderful time shopping but when I needed help from one of the pharmacy staff I did not feel very welcome but apart from that my overhaul experience was actually enjoyable. I especially loved the variety on offer and even found a deal.

Went in for breakfast this morning. There was a lady stood just inside the door to the right hand side, behind a podium. We both said Good Morning to her, she just looked straight through us. (RUDE) The breakfast was awful. The beans were congealed. The hash browns must have been cooked the day before. The bacon was undercooked. The sausages over cooked. Coffee was nice. It needed to be to swill that rubbish down. Won't be coming back. Thanks.

Convinently located and with ample parking. Staff are helpful and friendly. Has a cafe and toilets with baby changing facilities. Not as big as the asda I'm Corby but still has everything you need grocery wise.

Mixed up the food orders in the cafe which lead to a long wait. Senior staff not helpful, just happy to gossip with other customers about the youngster serving on the till. They should either train or support the younger team members resulting in better customer service.
The worker on the till was polite and processed the transaction correctly. They just lacked support.
Two stars for the food which was good value, well presented and surprisingly tasty.

All of the staff look at me weird as if I am some cultist or something. It's very awkward and aggraviting.

Staff all realy friendly and helpful any day or time have been never felt uncomfortable or unable to ask for help even if they can't deal with issues they get someone else that can as quickly as possible without question or even try to figure out themselves at same time

They advertise opening times of 24hrs.
If you go in after 10 pm you will not find a single person on the tills.
a couple of self service tills only, all very well if you are buying a couple of items but they dont realise that actually some families do their weekly shop there late, and if you have a trolley full of stuff on the self check out till its a nighmare, especially as the tills never work properly and security needs to be called to reset the till every 5 mins......

Opens 24 hours most days .... Lovely staff 👍 awesome night time security gaurd who always smiling 😎😎😎😎😎
