Asda Old Kent Road Superstore

Asda is not my local store but I do shop there from time to time. On the occasions that I have visited I have been more than happy. The store is nicely laid out, staffs are very helpful and polite, if you enquire about a product they actually take you to where it is unlike some stores. On the whole i would recommend this store any day. Ps: Very happy with the prices as well.

Good deals.. great selection.. was quieter today.. quick through checkout which is surprisingly nice for a change. Lovely helpful staff.. friendly.. and polite..

I popped into Asda today to get some fish...sadly there was no fish. how come we dont get enough good quality fish stock at a reasonable price.No wonder why I go to Turkey to enjoy a fish feast. Was it the very same reason why Brits tried to invade Turkey back in 1900s.lol.
But glad to see my local Asda start to supply fresh Mediterranean flat parsley and coriander.

Great store! Well laid out and spacious. Gets busy on weekends but what supermarket doesn't? Courteous and friendly staff. Good prices and always plenty of things on special offer

Great supperstore has almost all you need at reasonable prices.

Large store with nice staff and some great finds.
I tend to find things here that I can't find at the Tesco Southwark Superstore, in particular this place has an excellent baby food section and a refreshing world foods aisle. There's also a massive clothing area and a subway cafe.

Walmart/Asda:
I have been an occasional customer and have experienced a good couple of times the store has run out of bags and offer bin liners as grocery bags, which isn't a great look if you are on foot. The majority of the staff hate their lives but hate you more...I'm aware that it comes with the retail territory but the levels of rudeness from staff are in a specific league. The quality of fresh food products aren't great and the store hours aren't as advertised....
