Have stopped a lot of the most Popular lines , you can still get them at their Eastleigh store but bit of a way to travel, staff are a bit hit and miss ,some go out of their way to help you other couldn't give a monkeys ,!!

Always pleasant to shop here. The shop is not too bog not too small, right size to walk and shop around.
However I could not find vinegar section today, maybe I have missed it?

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRENDOUS
It is clear that Store Management has no idea how to train staff (Especially the younger ones) in any form of customer service. I agree with others that staff are very unapproachable. After several visits to the store each week it is clear the staff and management do not appreciate customers in any way. Never, and I mean never do any staff greet, smile or even acknowledge you. If you try to make eye contact most look away !! Try and get the Manager's attention, he will ignore you, get on his mobile phone immediately or turn his back to you. Staff are usually too busy talking amongst themselves whilst the many empty spaces on shelves need to be restocked from backups on top shelf. The lack of respect for the customers is so clear. ALL of the staff have a terrible consistent habit of walking in front of you between you and the display shelves, blocking you when you are looking at items on the shelf - EXTREMELY RUDE. This horrendous service tends to be mostly, but not always with the younger staff. ALL STAFF NEEDS CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING IMMEDIATELY. This store is very disappointing as they take paying customers for granted.

Small but very well stocked the car park is very busy as it services the whole village center.

pros: they stock a varied amount of items for such a small place

cons: It doesn't matter of their items are varied if they never actually have them in stock. How has the manager not figured out they need to order more avacados? Every time I go there they are out of stock - and I live across the road and go at varying times at LEAST 3 times a week - you're missing out on money.

Convenient parking, helpful staff. The only possible negative is that often there are only self checkouts available, but if you run into 'approval needed' the staff are usually on the ball and get to you fast.
