Asda Stoke Scotia Road Supermarket

A lot bigger than I expected, I thought it was a little convenience shop but it's more like a mini supermarket.

Went in for a few things this morning..At the till I mistook a 20 p for a pound so embarrassed asked if I could put one item back
How wonderful it was to have the Asda cashier roll her eyes at me and have attitude.
Bad customer service!

Only went and hijacked a pump truck, had a blast! Also got myself a jumper £6 would definitely go back.

This store is convenient, my complaint is with the staff who are terrible, they never open the tills and expect people to use the self checkout...even people with a trolley full of stuff, while the staff arse around having a chat by the cigs counter. Terrible customer service

Helpful attentive staff, always happy to help, often when I have a full trolley they will open a service Lane for me, as soon as I've finished scanning my shopping, a staff member removes my basket. I couldn't ask for a more friendly and helpful environment to shop..far less stressful than the huge Asda up the road..great parking, convenient location..don't even think of closing it down, I shop there twice a week.
