Asda Wembley Superstore

Ease of shop. Wasn't too crowed. Was able to get in and out very quickly. Staff was able to locate what I needed.
Front of shop was a bit untidy with empty packages and papers left by customers.

The store is huge and usually stocked. They also need to put out baskets more often because I have had to wait to get them from people at the self-serve tills. Also they need to fix the thing where you put your trolley in the car park because sometimes it's broken and you have to go all the way back to the front of the supermarket to put the trolley back. The cash machines rarely work, if one is working then the other is not. There are also some beggars that pester you outside the store sometimes as well. Staff around the self-serve area talk to each other too much as well they need to focus more on the customers.

I like visiting this store most of the time I am able to find all that I need. Had a lovely gentleman at the till today he went out of his way to be gentle with my shopping and was very helpful.

One of the good superstore in neighbourhood. Big parking with good transport links. Good offers sometimes.

It's one of the best superstores in the area. Convenient, good for the value of your money and tidy. Needs a bit shake up the management to make it more up to standard..

Good for grocery shopping. Good prices on some stuff but some stuff is expensive so I prefer going Iceland sometimes or other shops because you can get a better deal elsewhere .. you can buy 2 Willow butters for £1.50 in Iceland! . Good customer service from most staff. Some staff however do like to chat further on with other customers/ people they know - which causes a really long wait.. And one time one dark skinned lady on till was going way too fast at scanning the item/s all I could hear was beep beep beep..
Asda is also good for:
* A Car wash etc.. - they have one at the back of the car park.
* Petrol : Unmanned petrol pump that only accepts credit card , with lots of space for other cars and good prices . There's also tyre inflator etc nearby.

Only thing that is a bit annoying is in the Asda car park if your shopping.. some drivers have no respect for other cars (they open door wide, touching/hitting others parked cars with their door which causes marks etc on paintwork). Atleast learn to open door slightly without touching the other person's car and squeeze out sideways! Like any other normal person that has some respect for others !

If I could give this store a MINUS 5000 I would do so. They advertise itmes in their magazine, you go to the store hoping to purchase, they have none available, come back tomorrow is what they told me.
So I return the next day, the item that I wanted is locked awway for security reasons (a £1 nail polish!!!!!!). Then someone else comes along and the person kindly unlocks the cabinet for me to look through in search for the item I so badly want. Of course they did not have it.
So a few days later I decide to call Customer services, perhaps the times can be ordered and I can pick up. Hahaha no friggin chance, ASDA do not answer ever, the phone rings stupid music playing then after so long you get cut off. I tried a different tactic, this time I get through to the switchboard and that worzel there cut me off a further 3 times.
ASDA you ARE NOTHING BUT A SHODDY, SHIFTY, USELESS SET OF WHELKS. I wont set foot inside your mudhuts ever again.
