In 2017, Shuba Rao and Devaki Thomas came together as partners of Deshi Arts, specifically to launch and manage Ashburton Hall as an arts & community hub. As you may know, Deshi Arts was immensely successful in developing a winning arts community hub and saw a record number of interactions and engagement for its events. Since the completion of the contract and hand over of the project to Croydon Council's leasee's, Greenwich Leisure Limited, both Devaki & Shuba have worked o...n their individual projects within the culture and arts industry.
They would love to continue the partnership but resource constraints makes this an impossibility. So, they have now both decided to focus energy on individual projects and continue to be active within the Croydon Arts & Culture community. They look forward to sharing exciting upcoming projects with you.
