Ashes Cricket Tours is brought to you by Australian Cricket's most seasoned supporters 'Waving The Flag' who have followed Australian Cricket to all test nations since 1995.

Australia's only supporter group to have done so.

The Flag (as it is endeared) was raised in 2001 by myself (Luke Gillian (Sparrow)), and Darren Moulds (retired), after 7-years following Australian Cricket to all test nations of the world. After more than 30 international cricket tours, and with regular Flaggers that have travelled for many years, The Flag is pleased to be Your Choice For Fun and Affordable Australian Cricket Tours.

The Flag is serious about cricket, travelling the globe to watch and appreciate the game, win or lose. As much as The Flag visually and vocally supports Australia, we conversely remain spirited to applaud the opposition and their effort to compete to the best of their abilities.

Such has the involvement with cricket been over the years former Australia Test Captain, Steve Waugh, asked me to write the prelude for his 1999 No Regrets tour diary, an honour I am grateful. Steve Waugh wrote of me also in his in 2005 Autobiography, 'Out Of My Comfort Zone'.

The Flag website is promotion for following and supporting Australian Cricket abroad. The tour reports, diaries, postcards, and photos are oriented to those without current opportunity to travel, as encouragement to some day see not only Australia play abroad, but the countries that the game is played, and those visited before or after each tour.

Our tours are renowned for being fun and affordable, and created to simplify the touring process for those uncomfortable with independent travel, wanting the burden of basic organization removed, or wanting to be with a like-minded group. To make you more comfortable with your decision to tour, the detailed programs are designed to tell you about The Flag and the countries we visit, what you will receive, and activities you can enjoy during, before, or after your cricket tour.

In preparation, The Flag extensively tours each region in the months before to access the most up to date information. No matter how many times we have visited a destination, things change rapidly, so we revisit each city to make sure we know where you're going, and how best to get there. When you tour with The Flag, we share experience, knowledge, and understanding of each destination with a hands on approach to ensure you take home more than just a suntan.

Importantly too, we do not discourage any age group from joining our tours. If you wish to travel to see Australia play cricket abroad, you are welcome to join The Flag. Our tours focus on providing the essentials for a high value, affordable cricket tour for everyone. All you need to do is get there, because we don’t do flights, and The Flag will manage the rest (hotels optional on some tours).
