When we have lost loved ones and pets that have enriched our lives it is a comfort to keep them close in this unique and personal way.

FAQs for Memorial Jewellery

Where do I send the ashes?

They will be sent to Elisa’s workshop address as there is a reception service to always receive post.

How much of the ashes do you require?

Quarter of a teaspoon is sufficient for jewellery – if any are left over they will be sent back to you with your order.

How long will I have to wait?

On receipt of ashes the usual wait time is 6 weeks. The current wait time will be clearly stated when discussing design.

How will I know my loved one is in safe hands?

Elisa is respectful and professional. She only works on one memory project at a time. Be assured that they will be treated with the utmost dignity.
