Love love love this place !! We had a fantastic day there , spent a little (lol) I couldn’t help it the prices are amazing . Enjoyed a coffee and cake before coming home
Nice mall to do a bit of retail therapy. Located close to the international station with a good selection of outlets. Few coffee shops and places to eat. Food mall being refurbished. Nice to be able to walk shop to shop under cover. Parking in Centre £1 for 4 hours. Adds located next to outlet, good mix of other shops off roads leading to outlet. You can easily spend a day at the outlet
Lovely visit to the outlet on Saturday 9th Dec and particularly good service from Lindt shop. However, it was a shame about some of the kids at the play park area. My little boy (3) was playing there and some older boys (around 10-11 or so) decided to throw McDonalds straws all over the place and then stand on top of the play equipment spitting at one another. The outlet is lovely but I'd say to keep a close eye on your children if they are in the play area as sadly some people choose to ruin things
I live local and I shop at the Outlet a lot. Today however it was diabolical!! I understand traffic will be slightly slower with the road works that is taking place but your security/car park attendants need extra training!!!!. The car park (every section) was bumper to bumper with cars. People beeping their horns and people shouting! And rightly so! Your security/parking attendants were standing at the end of each car park section (several just standing there smoking cigarettes with smirks on their faces) and instead of stopping traffic to let a few cars out of each section they did nothing. Just let us sit there. If it wasn’t for 2 ladies who got out of their cars and stopped the flow of traffic to let some of us out I think we would still be sitting there now!! People were even asking the man to control the flow of cars better and the guy totally ignored him and blocked the exit. Such a let down!! The 2 guys at the Asda roundabout did a great job and were controlling the flow of traffic fantastic.
Lovely to walk around with pushchair, but noticed that a fair few shops dont stock for bigger sizes, mainly the extra small /small and medium. I got a really lovely ralph lauren ladies shirt, got it home and at least 2 sizes smaller than the label says. Some would say try it on first , but bit hard with a crying baby in tow. Was so dissapointed. Now have to find time to return it and wasnt any bigger sizes.
Would like to give a good review but unfortunately we didn't make it into the place. After queuing for around 45 mins because of roadworks surrounding the entrance we finally made it in, only to be stopped from going into the main car park, then the overflow car park and left with nowhere to go but straight back out again!!! Angry wasn't the word when you realise they could have stopped people actually going in and trying in the first place - there was no advanced warning of full car parks at all . Having driven all the way from Sittingbourne with the intention of having a nice shopping trip and a meal out, we ended up wasting time, money and fuel and heading straight back down the M20 again! Do yourself a favour and avoid the place like the plague until ALL the works are done
The car park attendants are making the process of getting out of the outlet a lot harder than it would be with traffic flowing naturally! We have just queued for AN HOUR trying to leave the outlet because they keep stopping us and it’s fucking ridiculous. I suggest you sort it out.
Shocking experience - especially for parking. Directed to overflow parking (no problem) and told how to pay by Marshall only he didn’t explain the need for cash only. On exiting, no-one answered the buzzer and only blank stare from the Marshall. 2 tired kids, 2 annoyed parents. Poor.
Couldn’t get into the place to do any shopping , wasted my time driving 20 miles here to just be turned away as the car parks full up . Chaos . Should let people know no parking instead of letting us all sit bumper to bumper trying to get in . Won’t be going back until all the changes have finished .
