What a lovely apartment, certainly has the wow factor. clean, warm and cosy with an amazing bath and shower. My partner and myself went mon to wed. Couldn't have wished for a better place to stay. No negatives. Thank you for a warm welcome and a wonderful stay. X

We stayed at the "Snug with the hot tub" and if I could give it 6 stars I would. Its difficult to describe what a fabulous little place this is, the "snug" is beautifully designed and laid out, the en-suite has a walk in rain shower and a jacuzzi bath, I think someone has thought long and hard about what people need and provided it. But for me it is the outside space that's the USP. The hot tub is top of the range and got plenty of use from us. The wood fired oven is something else we enjoyed, even though our first attempt at a Pizza was a bit of a Disaster. Finally the garden room provided a nice refuge from the elements with its comfy sofa and large flat screen TV. We were really lucky with weather and would have loved to have stayed longer. I would just like to add that North Yorkshire is a beautiful part of the country well worth a visit whatever your interests. So thanks Sophie and Steve and hope that you will have us back.

Stayed here for 2 nights and can’t wait for an excuse to return. The pizza oven is a great touch and the ‘snug’ was a lovely place to sleep! Nice walk into robin hoods bay too!

My friends and I stayed there this weekend it was fabulous. So very modern and immaculately clean. And very well equipped She even had a Christmas tree up for us. Would definitely stay there again
