The best Indian I’ve had after a long time. Dined inside with a group of 6 we were seated very quick even though they were quite busy for a Thursday night. Got our drinks and papadums really quick also when our food came out it was pipping hot and the portions sizes were very generous. It’s worth every penny and will come back again

What a nice mid-week experience I had at Ashoka Indian! Given my current location of, I fail to see how I would have ever come across the place had it not been recommended by a friend who's palate I may have to trust over my own!
I'm not a fan of eating out for various reasons but the ambiance in the place really made me feel quite relaxed and helped with the overall experience. The staff are so respectful it weirded me out after umpteenth time of being addressed as 'sir'. But the best part, and what you'd hope to the be the best part, was indeed the food. The spice range will suit all tastes from the mild to the daring. The portions were neither scrimpy nor OTT. The chef, I understand has previously won awards. I'm not surprised at all. I would recommend this for those who want to get an authentic and scrumptious Asian experience on their plate. I'm sure you'll not be disappointed.

Great tasting freshly cooked on site food. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the regions each dish comes from.
And best of all its not expensive to eat here.

Top service , excellent food , great customer servive

Ordered £90 worth of food. This was for a birthday dinner and order 5 main meals with rice along with some sides. As unpacking food to fish up notices all rice dishes was missing. Call straight away to be told there error and they would be sent straight away! 30 minutes later and three calls later of them telling me it's in it way our food was cold and no rice. When I complained I was told the best they can do is knock some money of my next order. 40 minutes later rice turns up. £90 worth of other food all cold. Will never order from here again.
