This is my 17th year as a season ticket holder and to say it's an improvement on what we had is a massive understatement, it's good to see so much on offer around the ground this season me and my dad are gonna see if we can try them all food wise..... Good to see the designated are for families as well but, my one query though is who's idea was it to put families that high up..... I've got two kids and I wouldn't want to carry them up all those steps.... Great to see the bits of history dotted around as well including the sign from the old wedlock pub :) all in all the best ground outside the EPL :) its home and we love it

User

Really impressed with the stadium, clean, well organised, quick bar service and TV's all round the ground. Used Portway park and ride which was excellent and quick. Will go back with Wasps in a couple of years for sure.

User

Me and my now husband got married here on 29th July. The day was perfect. Anna, Katie and the team made sure we had an amazing day from start to finish and could not have been more accommodating.

We had the ceremony, reception and evening do in the Heineken Lounge The food through the day was of a top quality and many guests have even told me the food in the evening is the best they've ever experienced at an evening reception. I'm not planning on getting married again anytime soon, but if I was I'd do it here again.

The perfect venue for two City fans who met at an away game and the day could not have been more us, unique and perfect.

A big thanks to everyone who helped achieve this.

User

Love this place but the people who work in the shop, need to have some training on how to talk to people can be so so rude , went in to pick up tickets for Birmingham to be told u can't have them as the season hasn't started yet then told to go on line and order them are they really that thick in there!!! But with 5 season tickets we always go back ..

User

I watching football match with my brother and nephew

User

Excellent Day. Amazing Ground. Pitch was perfect for me to ping 40 - 60 yd passes on.’┐Į Staff, food and facilities where brilliant. Special mention to the security guards and st john ambulance medics, so hopefully throughout our matches. Thanks for a great occasion, will live long in the memory of everyone at Tarmac who attended. Good luck for the 2017-18 season. Thanks from Tarmac Ltd

User

Birmingham supporter here thought the stadium was premier league class and the stewards and policing was fantastic as well as organisation for Blues fans before game, class gesture by Bristol City and fans acknowledging the Blues supporter who had passed away, see you soon

User

1st visit for years .Sat in the Lansdown upper what a walk but rewarded with a great view of the pitch. Concourses are Hugh so despite a sell out crowd never felt crowded. Could probably do with more toilets in the upper section but that is being harsh . Large amount of legroom only bettered by the Emirates for space. Being to loads of rebuilds and new stadiums and this is one of the best

User

Only thing I can't fault is, The concourse that runs under the stands. Doesn't have seating.

A few people manage to squeeze in on the window sills but all it needs is a bench around any free wall space. Just to give people somewhere to sit as due to parking a lot of people get to the ground two hours before kickoff and that's a long time to stand around especially for the elderly.

User

I feel the club missed a trick yesterday after the game. A number of us left the ground to drink late into the evening in a pub in North Street. The club should have had more bars / Kiosks open after the game, and the lack of organisation ruined what could have been an enjoyable after party. Never mind always next time!

User

Had Christmas party here, being vegan I worried the menu would be a disappointment. How wrong was I!

User

Food great in coffee shop great staff.

User

Bluenose visited yesterday What a day it was.

Policing and stewarding was some of the best this year, away stand could do with a spruce up but otherwise ok.

Hope the lady celebrating her 100th birthday enjoyed the rest of her day.

Ashton gate one of the better places to visit in the championship.

User

Visited yesterday with Barnsley fc. The home end of the ground cannot be faulted but the away end needs improving. All I can say if you are an away fan you want more food and drinks choices than what you offer from your kiosks. Not every fan eats pies. I wouldn't have minded but last season you offered bacon sandwiches , hot dogs and sausage rolls. Yesterday was a pie or a pie or a pie. Sausage rolls were N/A. Not value for money either ┬Ż4 for a pie that size is ridiculous football stadia or not. I remember visiting year before development when we were located opposite side of stadium with backless seats but I tell you something catering was a lot better than what you get in current away end . The stewards were good to us. Just one old steward with a beard who looked like bad santa ruffled several fans feathers with his abrupt attitude. Also I don't get why visiting supporters coaches have been moved to a storage yard 10 minutes walk from ground. Last season we got parked on the main road directly behind the away end through that car park so why change it ! We had elderly supporters and disabled on coach and it wasn't very friendly for them. Attention required

User

Good stadium. Easy to find and park close by. Went to see our team Wasps and found the Bristol supporters friendly. Massive annoyance was that the bars inside were incredibly slow and we nearly missed the start of the game! Otherwise thoroughly enjoyed the place. Shame Bristol will be going down but will definitely come back and maybe stay for the weekend.

User

I know it was a massive crowd yesterday. But to run out of hot food in the coffee shop was really bad. Surely having a early kick off you would expect people to want a bacon sandwich for breakfast. Then half time the bars ran out of crisps.

User

Fantastic facility, let down by appalling management and untrained staff. Ate burgers in the Lansdown Club, asked for ketchup, told no. Eventually tracked some down. Tried to pay, told machines not working, so could we pay downstairs! Tried 2 terminals downstairs, no good. Should have walked. Eventually paid at bar, where confused staff said "We'll have to put it through as a bacon roll". What??? Chaotic.

User

Awful away end. Signs for women's toilets where there aren't any. Terrible congestion at end of game as have to walk back along concourse, through doors and down some stairs before finally getting to the 1 exit! Official away coach made to park a good 10 mins walk from ground in a random car park. Definitely not on my list of grounds to visit again. Gave 2 stars rather than 1 as the view from seat was good, about only plus point.

User

Shocking hospiltality, unbelievable customer service - in fact no customer service. And my lovely Aunties wake ruined leaving her family with the wrong kind of memories of the day. You should all be ashamed of what happened on that day!
