Ashton House Nursery

Homemade banana lollies were on the menu for Busy Bees today... they also made some tasty watermelon lollies to try tomorrow too! 😁

Bike Day has been a great success today! The children have really enjoyed free riding around the new bike track and taking part in an obstacle course this afternoon. Congratulations to 3 of our 'Clubbers' who have learnt to ride their bikes without stabilisers, well done! :)

What a fantastic way to celebrate 30 years... fun, laughter and friends.

This is our mum. 30 years ago today she opened the doors of Ashton House Nursery with just 3 children on the register. A mother of 5 and a teacher, she had an empty outbuilding and a great sense of adventure. We're so proud to carry on the story today. Happy Birthday Ashton House Nursery. Jack and Anna x

The first day of the summer holidays and a great day in The Club...
We spent the morning with Roger learning new golf skills through a variety of fun games, then of course we had to get the pool and water play equipment out!

Our role as early years educators from the very beginning is to observe our children, listen to their questions and their stories, find what interests them and then provide them with opportunities to explore these interests further...

Our menus this week include Beef Biriyani, Chunky Fish Chowder and Turkey and Apricot Tagine with Cous Cous.
We have delicious Lemon and Courgette Loaf Cake, Strawberries and Peach and Blueberry Cupcakes to look forward to as well!

Just over two weeks to go!
Starting on Wednesday 25th July through to Tuesday 4th September, children can look forward to lots of unique and exciting activities at The Club...
There's so much to look forward to this summer with a variety of activities to suit all ages from golf workshops, summer parties and forest school sessions to bike days, baking and circus fun!

We love the nursery. L-M is so happy here and made to feel welcome every time. She has grown and developed so much. Every member of staff is always smiling, helpful and supportive. Thank you for looking after our special daughter :-)

Thank you to everyone at Ashton House for making our little girl welcome. She has settled in so well. Fabulous venue and fantastic friendly staff. Mummy and Daddy wish they could join too for the outdoor activities and chef made meals!

Thank you so much for the past few weeks of settling in sessions and for helping our daughter, Isabella, to settle in so easily. She absolutely loves it and even points to go in!!! You were the first nursery we viewed and the only nursery, once we had visited we knew Ashton House was the perfect setting for Isabella. It makes us so happy to know she enjoys coming and she certainly enjoys the food! Thank you, we are so happy with everything you provide.

My little girl is so happy here. The nursery is in an amazing setting and the staff are lovely. Thank you all.

My little girl has been there past 3yrs loved it and had lots of fun! Well looked after and I would highly recommend the friendly and professional staff xx

I've never been confident or happy enough to leave my sons. Looking around I felt the staff and nursery were amazing. I was right and I love this place! My little boy is 15 months and totally happy to be left. Can not praise the staff enough

I would like to say a massive thank you to the staff at Ashton house especially the grasshoppers staff ( Kat young ), for looking after my daughter for the past two years, she has had a fantastic time with you, both the staff and the facilities are first class, I loved the outdoor space that was on offer and the animals were a bonus the communication each time I picked her up is excellent and the monthly news letter is lovely to hear what the children have been up to. Keep up the excellent work and see you all again in November when my second daughter starts thank again Mrs Foster x

I would just like to say a Massive thank you to the lady birds team, for helping to develop Isaac as to what he has become today. Thank you for helping with his confidence as well. Lovely group thank you also to his key worker Emma he will miss you. Now his challenge in bumblebees.

I would highly recommend the nursery to all my friends. My daughter has received the best care by all the staff in each room she has been in. Ashton House has been such a special place that has created memories we will treasure forever.

I might be biased because I work here!it's my 12th year this year, proud to be part of the AHN team and privileged to have shared so many precious and special milestones with many families over the years!

I cannot begin to lavish enough praise on this wonderful place and every member of its team! They have cared for my daughter for the last 3.5 years and I could not have wished for a better place and people to look after her. Incredible connection with Mother Nature, brilliant learning environment and amazing staff! If I could give more stars I would!

Could not recommend any more highly, we are so happy we chose this lovely nursery!
