We have just spent a year searching for a property in the city we know very, very well. York. Ashtons were so helpful that they 'knocked the spots off' every other agent in York. They were ever mindful of our specific requirements, (walking distance to a high street, no traffic noise, private sunny rear garden, off road parking were all deal breakers) and kept us informed of all new arrivals. When they contacted us they were professional, respectful and succinct.

We are so pleased that the house we fell in love with was on their books. They were also able to put us in touch with a local solicitor who could complete the entire purchasing process in 17 days - yes 17 days between offer and completion!!!

This is our 14th house and if we ever sell again it will be through Ashtons.
