Ashurst Village Hall Description

Welcome to Ashurst Village Hall

Ashurst Village Hall is situated in the heart of Ashurst on the B2135 between Steyning and Partridge Green. It's original use was to give the local working farmers a place to socialise other than the pub! It has been a lively and popular hall ever since!

However, the old hall came to the end of it's useful life and was in desperate need of replacing - it was finally demolished in August 2012 due to severe structural problems. Since then the Ashurst residents have worked tirelessly to build a new purpose built hall. As you can see if you travel along the B2135 through Ashurst, the new hall is now being constructed and is well underway, an exciting stage in the history of Ashurst!

Please contact Chris Jesse (Chairman) 01903 815089 or Mandy Hedley (secretary) 01403 711036 for futher details of this exciting project and information on how you can help.
