First visit. Lovely place, great food & friendly staff. My wife & I really enjoyed our lunch date while shopping. The place can accommodate groups & individuals & has a lovely veranda outside for the summer

Good service and decent food. Really good allergen menu so it's simple to see what my Coeliac partner can and can't have.

We went on Monday 24 July for our tea, we have been lots of times before & we do enjoy the food but the service on Monday night wasn't at it's best, they forgot to bring part of our order, we did mention it & said it would be with us shortly but we still had to go & ask as we could see that our order had been sat on the food service area for about 10 mins, they did bring it over when we asked the 2nd time, we had nearly finished our main course when we got the rest. There just wasn't enough staff on to cover the amount of people in. We also noticed other people complaining about cold food which had again been sat there on the food service area a while. More often than not our food is never brought out to us at the same time. It's a shame because the food is of good standard.

Service, awesome and friendly.... food 🤔🤔 Kids food was great, my partners pizza was awesome.... my pasta though, literally tasted like chemicals ??? Really odd ?? I never send food back, but this time I had to as it was inedible..... The staff however responded really well, super friendly and let me change my meal without any hesitation.... the pizza I changed to was amazing so all was redeemed ☺☺☺

Come probably once a month as the kids really like it. This time we went around 4:15pm on a Friday and only one other couple in. They advised me they had no risotto or sea bass! Ok I can understand the fish but how do you run out of risotto! Food was pretty good for the kids but I had a starter of stuffed mushrooms on toasted croutons. Literally about 7 button mushrooms topped with a little Parmesan on 3 small croutons. Very bland indeed. Myself and my daughter had calamari to start. Now this has always been delicious, thick calamari and a deep golden breadcrumb type batter. This time it came and was extremely limp, pale and almost a see through thin batter. Very disappointing.

Chicken caesar salad was disappointing just lettuce and chicken no cherry tomatoes or crispy bacon !! Duty manager wearing jeans!! Would of expected better.

Went to Ask yesterday for a family meal - what can I say the children's meal was fine along with the garlic bread that we had for starters - however our main course carbonara was tasteless and luke warm - won't be going again! To top off the visit the price of the drinks was ridiculous.

Went for the 1st time on a Saturday night (the only day when the 30% off vouchers all over the tinterweb are not valid). Well all I can say is I won't be going back. 14 quid for a dry piece of chicken with some hard roast potatoes and rock hard broccoli. The only reason it's got 2 stars is because the kids thought it was ok but you can't go wrong with pizza apart from the over pricing of it.

It took half an hour for our food to appear, and the place wasn’t that busy so there is no real excuse. My calzone was deflated and a third of it was solid bread/pizza base. But the bit with filling tasted ok. The staff were nice but didn’t offer an apology for the late arrival of the food.

I appreciate the place is family orientated but it would be nice if there was a section of the restaurant that was away from noisy kids.

I enjoyed my king prawn starter. My husband thought his meatballs starter was average at best. His pizza was nice enough. I had asparagus and pancetta carbonara. The taste was lovely however, the portion was tiny. For the price, £12+ it was poor value for money. Luckily, we used Tesco club card vouchers so that softened the blow. On the plus side, the restaurant itself was nice and clean. The staff were lovely- helpful and pleasant!

Glad you Asked. Went on Wednesday night. Nice looking place. Staff nice and smart very helpful. Ordered two main pasta dishes and a side salad 🥗 main dishes ok. Not the best I have had but it’s a chain I said to my self. No side salad . But was presented with it on the bill. Of course I did not pay for the salad. But I was glad because the mains were a fortune.

Well I didn't actually hate the food.....due to the heating not working you couldn't enjoy the food! I will visit again in summer and give it another review. But definitely do not recommend going on a cold winters evening!

IT WASN’T EVEN BUSY! Can’t review the food as didn’t get to eat. After waiting a short while to be seated with staff members pushing past us to serve outside, we got to choose where we sat. So we sat down inside, good location, opposite the kitchen and next to the bar (would think can’t go wrong to be seen) however multiple staff continued to walk past, no eye contact. The people who where behind us chose to sit outside, they had their drinks and food order taken. Another family came in sat outside and was given menus. Yet another couple of guests came was seated and given menus. 20 minutes we sat there, no eye contact from any staff member. No apologies or will be with you soon. NOTHING! On our way out the door after deciding enough is enough, the lady who sat us down, thanked us and said bye. I informed her we hadn’t eaten or even had a drinks order taken! She looked confused and just said sorry. Never been so disappointed with the lack of customer service to just walk out until today, well done!

I have no idea what people see in this place? The food is all frozen bought in crap. The pizza is stale, the pasta is watery. Seriously save half your money and go to Pizza Hut for fresh food!
