Tuesday 24th April is our VIP evening to celebrate the reopening of Ask Italian Sheffield. The bad snow we had meant that we had to cancel our first event, but it’s back. Booking is essential and we have afternoon slots between 12-2 and evening slots 6-10pm. Come and enjoy a glass of prosecco and one of your classi antipasto boards on the house! Vegan/veggie/gluten free catered for, please advise us when booking.

We are absolutely loving the new items on our spring menu! From low cal light pizzas with a stunning rainbow salad to our new vegan Tuscan bread salad! We have introduced some new beers and ciders to pair with the menu. We think the Rose craft cider will become a favourite here in Sheffield 🍻 Salut!

Went to your restaurant in Scarborough a few years ago and it was terrible.Out of 5 people nobody liked their starter or main so we didnt bother with sweets(the service was terrible as well).Tried your sheffield restaurant and the food and service was brilliant.Just making a point that 1 bad meal experience put us off eating at a Ask Italian restaurant for quite a few years.This was our 3rd visit to Ask Italian sheffield and the food and service is great.

Went last night with my boyfriend as a last minute decision. It was very busy in there but the staff were brilliant and found us a table without any trouble. The surroundings were very inviting and cosy and we both felt very comfortable there. The food was amazing and all served with a smile from the staff who were happy to have a chat and a laugh with us. We both had two courses each and a bottle of wine and the food arrived quickly and was delicious, will definitely be visiting again very soon.

We met our friends yesterday 14.07.17 and decided to eat at Ask. On arrival we were met by a very friendly waiter who brought us a small glass of real lemonade and gave us our menus. We ordered a bottle of prosecco and scanned the menus. The starters arrived and served hot, which were very nice. I had the most amazing chicken and pancetta salad with avocado, it was the most delicious salad I have eaten anywhere, and I do eat out a lot! The waiter was attentive and came to check that our food was to our liking. I had the Chocolate tower Eton mess, which was just enough to satisfy my sweet tooth. We will definitely return to Ask, everything was perfect.

Visited yesterday. Butterfly prawn starter is gorgeous..twinkle cocktail fab..carbonara for main then chocolate tower for dessert. Enjoyed it all, but thought dessert overpriced for what you got. Service was great until we ordered hot chocolate drinks to finish, took a while for them to come. However enjoyed meal & always come here before a concert at city hall. Seated at 5 & done for 6.45

Unfortunately there was a mix up with our order. The manager told us whatever we had to eat or drink was on the house as a apology for the mix up. When our food did arrive it was superb. I can't fault the staff or the food and would highly recommend this place. Unfortunately we don't live in Sheffield we were only there over night so can't go back ourselves.

The food we ordered was really nice. The kids menu is excellent .. the staff were really helpful and friendly and the lemonade is really refreshing . All in all it was very good and would definitely go back

Me & my hubby had an early lunch here yesterday, we used some gift cards & it was a really nice treat for us. The staff were great with us & the service was good, we really enjoyed all the food it was delicious. We both agreed we would like to eat here again soon ��

I called in with my daughter and grandchildren yesterday before going on to the panto at city hall. We loved it. We were greeted by a lovely lady who found us a table and gave us complementory home made lemonade, the food was amazing the service was great we will definitely go back x

Food was great and the service was great it was my first time going to an Italian � I will definitely come again and the tropical mojito � really nice �

Brilliant place, staff very friendly and helpful, very comfortable seating, food was amazing and very reasonable prices, prosecco was beautiful, very efficient service, definitely be going back again.

Booked early for valentines meal. Restaurant empty but staff very friendly chatty even tho they were busy getting ready for a busy night. Food amazing only issue was run out of 3 desserts that we wanted so ended up not having 1. Would go again

We went on a Saturday night we hadn’t booked but the restaurant wasn’t busy so we were able to get a table straight away , I had downloaded a code for 3 courses at £15.95 and was given a very small menu which ompared with the main menu there wasn’t much choice so we changed our mind but I was disappointed with that . The food was lovely and service excellent and I would recommend highly but I think you need to improve the offer menu more as sometimes you have to consider budget too.

Nice food, drinks very expensive. Good service and pleasant staff.

Had a lovely birthday meal yesterday and service was excellent. Used Tesco club Vouchers without any problems whatsoever. Thank you x

We visited lunchtime 20/3/18. Was quite cold inside restaurant. Chicken ceaser salad priced at 10.75 definitely north worth the price. Cheesy garlic chips at 3 95 came with a sprinkling of parmesan cheese and a pot of garlic sauce which again not worth the money and taste less. However my friends had the pasta dishes who enjoyed there food. Staff were very friendly and pleasant. Would go again but deffo not choose the dishes I had on my first visit as a let down.

Went today and had to wait for ovens to warm up, it was our choice to wait the 20 mins. Ordered 4 meals. 3 had to be sent back. 2 were cold and the other was wrong order. Portions were really small too. Took about 1.5hrs from getting in to getting out. We weren’t offered a 2nd round of drinks, had to ask for the bill then sat there waiting to pay? Think the Nat forgot about our table? In the end we got up and went to the till to pay! They did knock something off the bill for all the inconvenience but to be honest I would not go back.

Just ordered from Deliveroo. Food took an hour and a half- fair enough as it’s a Saturday night so can’t be too annoyed about that.

But when it finally arrived & I am so hungry I could eat my own face- it was without the starter & the smallest portion of pasta I’ve ever had. I’m going to have to order from somewhere else just to have enough food to fill me up.

Not impressed but even more starving!!�

So we turn up at 530 on a Saturday evening and it is half empty. The staff appear to be having a chat which is far too important to bother with customers who have just come in. We are asked if we have booked because they are fully booked! (Really!?) Then told we can't have a table. Won't be going there again!!!
