Paid to put a car through auction. Sold but cancelled. Same again 2nd time. Collected the car and the fuel tank was completely emptied. Went in with a full tank. I understand you cannot control your bidders but whats with stealing my fuel?

***Beware part worn tyres*** I purchased what I thought was a bargain pair of 'as new' branded part worn tyres. They looked fine and had a lot of tread remaining, but after a couple days one of the tyres developed a bulge in the sidewall. It could have potentially blown out causing an accident. I returned but was told I had probably hit a pothole (which I definitely hadn't). The only option offered was a new tyre. No goodwill gesture offered. Lesson learned. It ended up costing me more than buying a set of new tyres in the first place.

Got a quote over the web. Turned up with vehicle, handed over paperwork and key, they paid the money onto my card. Left, all done! Painless.

My 2012 535D engine died, ASM had one.
The information provided from day 1 was excellent when I phoned.
All the known history was shared (low mileage/used/not recon), when it arrived, my mechanic said he'd never seen an engine removed so cleanly (he's been around a LONG time). The engine is entirely as described, runs like a dream in my car. I expected drama for a replacement engine, due to the potential for shady deals on unknown levels of "recon" efforts but this was first class on every level, which is why I'm bothering to write a review.
Can't recommend them highly enough, trusted business all day long in my book.

First-rate service from the initial telephone call to the delivery. And as I ordered a part which wouldn't fit, I am receiving a replacement with no delivery charge. I commend ASM for their helpfulness.
