About Us: Founded in 2020 ASM Sports Community Interest Company (CIC) is a sister company of ASM Sports UK Ltd and is the functional department responsible for our ‘Community Outreach Programme. ' The CIC operates in the ‘Education and Justice Sector' providing 'Community Outreach Interventions' to ‘Bridge the Gap' where exclusion exists. Our practitioners work exclusively in a 1-1 and on small group basis in Staffordshire /Cheshire schools, PRU's and in the surrounding communities to empower children and young adults. Our Mission: Our mission is to provide a framework and pathway to transform lives. This transformation begins by empowering children and young adults to make positive decisions. Our Objective: Our objective is to support vulnerable children and young adults with their mental and emotional well being. Our Aims: - Supporting the Trans-disciplinary Team and Pastoral Leads in Mainstream and Special Schools - Combatting challenging behaviour and assisting with behaviour management - Utilising sport, exercise and health /well-being as a tool to increase engagement - Supporting children and young adults that are either temporarily or permanently removed from the main school population - Facilitating vulnerable children and young adults when they are transitioning to a more 'normalised' timetable and routine.
