very bland chicken shish kebab, soggy pitta bread, dry chips and onion rings were on the sweet side to say the least

Usually they are pretty good but lately they are getting longer and longer to deliver its taken over an hour for my food to come this evening and I called twice and they didn't really care just kept saying won't be long

3rd order from here. Started well. But it has been later and later on delivery time; today being 30 minutes late even after being asked "will we be home in time?" Of course, the food was cold. The delivery driver didn't know how much to charge and had the nerve to come back and charge more after the above happened. Kebabs are nice though.
