Whilst in my final year of university my friends and I choose a house managed my estate agents. Little did we know it would be our worst year of renting a house solely because of Aspen. The house itself was fine but the service, ridiculous fines, organisation and communication on aspens part was outrageous at times. When we first moved in there were many aspects of the house which were not fit for purpose such as the shower and oven which should have been fixed before we moved in. Then throughout our tenancy they frequently tried to arrange viewings with less than 24 hours notice which. They also did not change the inventory of the house after we sent them a list of problems and damages that were there when we first arrived. These were of course forgotten when we wanted to check out ... and led to a cleaning fee of £765 when various companies in Egham would do it for way less than half the price! Furthermore when we first moved in the house was very much so not professionally cleaned! So who knows who they pay to do the cleaning!? Would definitely not recommend and would rate them lower if possible. How they have gotten away with such poor service and borderline criminal fees I will never know.

I found both Gavin and Paul, to be courteous and professional, when selling our Egham home. A refreshing change from the arrogant estate agents in the local area. I would highly recommend Aspen Estate Agents.

I have recently rented a student property through Aspen and the service I received from start to finish has been exceptional.
All of the staff in the office are happy to help with any questions and in my experience they are the most helpful agent out of those in Egham when it comes to renting student properties.
For any students looking to rent I would highly advise using Aspen.

Such a bad company, we went to a viewing and when speaking with them and saying we would like to pay the holding fee and we get told to come to the office before 16:00. We arrive and get told its been let for a few weeks now... And then offering basically no help in finding any other properties, and a lot of other properties advertised, we got told were already let. Yet still advertised... I dis advise strongly against using these estate agents! And also when actually speaking with someone, most of the time responses were, oh I cant do that (tell us which properties are still open), or oh I don't know that (questions like what is included in the price), or I cant calculate that.

Aspen has been a pleasure to lease from. They have consistently responded to any issues quickly and efficiently. Furthermore the staff are always extremely kind and willing to go out of their way to help.

We had our property on the market with these agents and in our experience and dealings with them, they have been completely professional, helpful and dedicated. My husband and I feel that the staff here have gone out of their way in helping us not only sell our house, but purchase another one through them too. I recommend them highly.
