Dear all,
... Not uncustomarily for me, I have been quiet on issues that I have seen or been told about on social media in the last four weeks.
Mainly because I am of the belief that most keyboard warriors are lacking something in their own stale lives and positive/negative posts or comments that surround a business I am involved in leave absolutely no impact on my very fruitful life.
However, one post in particular today has lead me to write this statement.
Whilst I believe that this statement will have no impact on the half-witted, for the rest of us it is worth reminding ourselves that most stories have more than one point of view, more than one opinion and more than one truth.
The obtuse will not understand that statements made without any sort of understanding of a situation, even in innuendo, can lead to that statement being defamatory and therefore libel.
In short, it is a wise person who checks facts rather than being led by speculation and rumour, even from a source that they believe to be a kosher one.
Further, it is also a imbecilic mistake to assume guilt through silence.
Lastly, whilst I meet any suggestion by any person of financial indecorum with no more than a passing thought, all comments are noted and will be dealt with in due course and at a time to suit me.
In conclusion, it is worth stretching ones mind to understand that is a fault of a dolt to base your opinion on scuttlebutt and that in Aesop's Fables it was the Tortoise which won the race. I will not be commenting any further on these matters.
