Tammie Griffiths, owner of Aspire, delivers workshops, online courses and one-to-one assistance to help parents and children who feel disconnected from each other. With so much noise and distraction around us, we get stuck in the rhythm of our busy lives and hit a point where we just cannot see a way forward. I work with children to identify the cause of their emotional response – and with parents to put a plan in place to change or remove habits which prompt negative responses.
