This lounge is the best. Fresh food any time of day. Snacks, great choice. Lovely staff. Been to many lounges in UK and abroad but this beats them hands down. For those people complaining about the choice of food here. Florida you only get 2 drinks, Crisps and biscuits and no hot food. Spain - various airports. Usually sandwiches, snacks (not hot food.) in Aspire, always some hot food. I’ve had pasta, soup, cooked breakfast and always been fresh.

Best lounge I've ever been in. Unlimited food and drinks, free snooze pods. Very very clean toilets and the whole area staff where very nice. Only problem I had they didn't except my blue light discount card when I walked in but online they had excepted it before.

We decided to go to the lounge as airport was quite busy & we wanted some peace & quiet before our flight. Despite not having pre booked we were allowed to pay there & then & went straight in with no queue. Seats are comfortable, the whole lounge has a relaxed atmosphere to it & food & drink are free & unlimited. Next time we fly from Luton we will come here again.

Not a great food choice but food that was there was fine. The area was cool and plenty of room (however at peak times would be crowded). Drinks selection was great and for £25 I would buy again however I think during holiday season I think it would be at full capacity.

No worries we have been in before the renovations and its much better than the old place. There can be a que to get in but as long as the food is stocked up its fine for 30 minutes away from the hords.

Booked this solely to get a massage. Arrived and was told the massage lady had gone home. Food and drink selection is fine. There aren't any charging plugs around but you can ask for them to charge your phone for you. Strongly suggest pre booking so not have to wait outside.

We got there a little late but still had to wait 15mins to get in has it was full

The food was not good at all my friend waited over a hr just for a bit of cheese,

they was no ham no crackers no crisps , the fruit there was only apples that looked like they had been there for weeks and we had to keep going to find staff to ask for a drink because there were chatting out the bad

In fact it look like it was close

So in the end we asked and the staff said there had ran off of food

And there were still open for another 3 hrs

No free pour on spirits, charging for prosecco & champagne, only one staff member serving drinks meant long queues. Beer and wine in the fridge but a limited selection. Food was ok but again very limited. If you have to fly out of Luton you may want to minimise the horror with paying for this but compared to other airports and lounges it's pretty poor.

It's lovely to get away from the crowds downstairs, and I was relaxed when I finally went on the plan,

But it's not worth the full asking price as little food but plenty of sinks. there was a long que to get in and they were stopping people also saying it was full which wasn't the case.

I am a Priority Pass member and travel at least twice a month Luton to Belfast.



We have been refused once as it was busy they were only letting people who had pre booked in, on another occasion I waited at the desk until someone left the person on the desk wasn’t happy that I did this.



On Friday 13th May 2018 I arrived about 12:10 there were two gentleman in front of me, the female member of staff had just left her desk I noticed this as I was coming up the stairs the gentleman had come out of the lift, we waited a few minutes to see if anyone was going to come back to check us in, one of the gentleman went to see if he could find someone, the other gentleman then went into the lounge at that they were frogged marched back to the desk by the female member who had left her position at the desk, she started giving the two men a lecture at how they should have waited.

Then my turn to be checked in the female staff asked me if I was on my own, I don’t know why she asked this as no one was standing beside me, I handed her my card and she asked were I was flying to I told her Belfast but that it was running late as I had been up dated, she told me in a sharp manner that I could only stay three hours, I told her that I hoped I wouldn’t be there that long that I didn’t want to be there any longer than I needed to, I then said “can I advise her on something” she looked surprised and said yes, I said “the Customer Service in the lounge left a lot to be desired”!

I was told by a lady who was standing behind me that she rolled her eyes when I walked away, as I said great customer service “not”.

My flight left on time 13:45.



As soon as my card runs out I will not be renewing it, the staff in the lounge are the most unfriendliest people I have ever met, they make you feel as if your an inconvenience and that your getting something free, I can assure you it’s not free but a smile is and they should do it more often.

Worst lounge I have been in. Currently sat in here before flying to Ibiza for dinner this evening. Option of buffet style soup, pasta or not good salad. Warm beers non drinkable. No soft drinks like appletiser. Overbooked hardly no seats and can not order food as they are not serving because it's too busy. Completely unacceptable and I feel like I'm in a Brewers Faye with considerably less food and drink options ! �. £60 unacceptable and would like a full refund! Not the way I wanted to start a surprise journey for my husbands 30th.

Took 20 mins to get in , no one in queue ,

Poor selection of cold breakfasts, staff standing at outer side of bar , one shout to a lady out back to come to bar , she never he came round obviously cross as she never came to serve and said do u wznt something !!!!! Well why else would I be standing there

Lady member shouted I will collect your plates to us

It wasn't good! Although busy, it was loud, the food bar was like a monkeys' tea party and the quiet area was very loud with a group of young women. A supervisor made a small attempt at getting them to be quiet, but caveated it with a statement of pointing the others who had allegedly complained - just annoyed the women who made more noise. I witnessed a member of staff pick up remnants of spilled pasta from the hot plate and put it back into the dish. I thought that she was going to take the dish away - but no! She left the dish for other customers! The wifi signal was particularly weak and the main supervisor's voice was loud and particularly irritating. Customers queuing on the stairs were spoken to in a very loud and condescending manner - much as a teacher would to keep people in line. She needs to travel more and see how proper executive lounges are managed. The emphasis being on the maintenance of a calm and soothing environment, as opposed to the clutter of noise you are paying to escape, and the utmost of discretion.

It has been better don’t think I will bother again dirty plates place was in a mess no lemonade for the other half’s wine and lack off food

Had to wait 15 minutes to get in despite having booked several months previously. When we did get in the only space we could sit was in a previously reserved area.

One choice of hot food, meatballs in tomato sauce with penne pasta. This was lukewarm and in an open buffet type dish. Cold food available wasn't great, ham, cheese (very plastic texture) and some salad bits. Help yourself drinks apart from spirits.

Worse bit was that soon after eating my wife felt ill which continued through the holiday. She ended up in a Turkish hospital, which was very good I have to say, but she is now home and awaiting results to see if she contracted salmonella poisoning.

I've tried to find a complaints line but have been directed here. I didn't particularly want to post this type of comment for the world to see but if that's the way it is then there you go.

Just to clarify, my wife had the pasta and I didn't. She got ill soon after and I didn't. Other than that for the time prior to her going into the hospital we ate at the same places with the same food so it pretty much points that way. If the results show salmonella then I will put the aspire lounge down as the source as it is a reportable infection.

We did try to talk to the staff on duty but there were very few of them and they were running around trying to get spaces cleared to reduce the queue outside. The whole place didn't seem clean, was untidy and needless to say we won't use it again.

Dreadful food, always the same. Salad looks like it's been there for hours. I'm a priority pass member and can't get in today, confirmed bookings only. Only reason I use the lounge is the shocking lack of customer facilities (which are not aimed at relieving you of even more money) in this joke of an airport.

Booked the lounge via monarch website when booked flights for the perfect start to my 50th Birthday with family. When we turned up we were refused entry & told be the rude man on reception that they had cancelled our booking months ago yet between aspire & monarch it took me 2 months to get my money back & no apology from either party.

Wouldn't even bother using it again seems they just want business people & not holiday makers.
