Once again it was a pleasure helping out at the Beeston Festival last weekend. :)
A fantastic family fun day with lots of fun, and litter picking to keep Beeston tidy.
A huge thank you to all our Proud Partners, and our Wonderful Volunteers. This event would have not been successful without them.
It was a delight to see the Community coming together.
Aspiring Communities raised an amazing £575 for Macmillan at the community day in Beeston Leeds. Well done to our Wonderful Young Volunteers who can be seen in the photo.
A HUGE THANK YOU to all the volunteers for taking part during the Christmas and New Year holiday season. We achieved a great result, after much shopping and sourcing of the best deals for the Leeds South & East Foodbank. Volunteers were thinking ahead to buy the best deals for infants, children & adults. A special extended HUGE THANK YOU to our young volunteers for taking part and joining in!
The positive response from the Leeds South & East Foodbank was welcomed, and has led to Aspiring Communities exploring how they can work together on a regular basis to make a positive contribution to those in need.
