We are a dynamic, forward thinking and training Practice with a proud history of developing our clinical team, serving a population of 40, 000 patients across 5 sites (Hollybrook Medical Centre, Haven Medical Centre and Parkfields Surgery). We have an amazing multi-disciplinary team within our practice from: GPs, Trainee Doctors, AHPs such as Advanced Clinical Practitioners, Clinical Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, First Contact Physios, Social Prescribers, Nurses and HCAs complimented by a patient services team administratively. Our working hours are 8. 00am to 6. 30pm with extended hours operating 3 evenings a week and Saturday mornings. We offer a MDT approach to our care and offer a wide range of GMS services to our patients including, but not limited to enhanced minor surgery, coil and implant procedures, steroid injections. We are also an active member and heavily involved with our Primary Care Network and received a 'Good' CQC rating at our last inspection.
